At Rosenbaum, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive Returns and Refunds Policy to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping with us. This returns policy applies to orders purchased in the United States.

30-DAY RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item, not the date of purchase or delivery. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible to return your item, it must meet the following requirements: The item is in its original packaging; tags and accompanying gifts (if any); unused; unsoiled (not including makeup, dirt, or other stubborn stains); and not damaged through your fault

To return a product, please write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We will provide you with specific instructions on where to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for the return label. Customers will send their product to one of the USPS stores. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 days depending on your credit card or bank.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Or contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

For Defective Products — No Charge

(This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.)

For Remorseful Customers — You will pay for return shipping, no additional charges

(This happens when the customer purchases the wrong product, the product does not fit, or they no longer want the product.)

We offer 100% refunds, but the customer pays for shipping, except for defective products.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Just contact us and if your order is not yet in the process, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
