Refund and Returns Policy

We guarantee your money back within 15 days. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 15 day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind about purchasing, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product under the following conditions:

– The product must be unworn, unused or in its original condition.

– It must be returned in the original packaging.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 5 – 7 business days, excluding delivery fees, using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

RETURN INFORMATION

Return method: Customers can return products by mail.

Return Label: Return labels are provided for defective products. For customers’ regret, the label is attached in the box.

Return period: Customers have 15 days to return the product in new, unused condition.

Return shipping costs: For defective products, return shipping is free. For customer regrets, there are no return shipping costs.

TRANSPORT

We ship to the address provided on the credit card. Please verify accuracy as returned orders will be subject to reshipping costs.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will not be charged for return shipping costs. However, any free return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

– For items that are defective, misdescribed, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, including refunding the purchase price and providing a prepaid return shipping label.

– Damaged or defective items including seams and holes must not be removed before use.

– Changes to address and product design after shipping will not be accepted or refunded.
